LALUDI Rose is a delicious wine that combines the deliciously fruity character of Agiorgitiko with the floral elegance of Moschofilero.
- Pre-fermentation maceration with the skins for about 3 hours, pressing of the grapes, settling of the must and then inoculation with selected strains of yeast.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 18 o C and maturation on fine lees with batonnage for 3 months.
- Bright pomegranate color with a nose of cherries and strawberries with floral notes, most notably a hint of roses. Delicious fruity mouth, round with just the right amount of acidity and a long aftertaste.
- An extremely food friendly rose to pair with various classics of the Greek cuisine-especially the ones with summer vegetables or legumes cooked in the oven with fresh tomato sauces with herbs, pasta, pizza and hearty salads.
- Optimal serving temperatures: 46.4-50 degrees F / 8 - 10°C.
